I want to read this article because I am having a difficulty dealing with stress right now. I know that this can be managed properly, it' just that we need to know how to handle it the right way. If we are stressed, it feels like we are a different person. In terms of perceiving information, we tend to be gullible. Thus we don't know what's real from what is not. I will always be an advocate who wants to let people get away from different kinds of stresses!
